Ray Cook - the TARHEEL TIGER of Brasstown, NC notched the $3,000 to-WIN SRRS Thursday night special ROAD to DEGA event at Green Valley Speedway
2 Cautions during the event.
Pole Sitter Todd Morrow faded quickly from the Top 5
Randy Weaver attempted to start the feature but was towed off before the wave of the GREEN FLAG
Shane Clanton caught Cook a few times but in the end COOK led at the checkers by a half of a straight-away
Clanton was 2nd w/ teammate Tony Knowles 3rd
CLINT SMITH rallied from 22nd starting spot to finish 4TH
Shane Clanton set a new track record in qual. 13.551 lowering it from 13.993
