World of Outlaws World Finals Thursday, November 5 - Saturday, November 7, 2009 | 4:00pm-1:00am World of Outlaws The third-annual World of Outlaws World Finals is scheduled for Nov. 5 - 7 at The Dirt Track @ Lowe's Motor Speedway. The three-day event brings together dirt track racing's two premier divisions - the World of Outlaws Late Model Series and the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series - to end their seasons and crown their champions.
