MONTANA DUDLEY SCORES CRATE LATEMODEL WIN AT TALLADEGA Eastaboga, AL (August 22, 2009) - Montana Dudley picked up his first win of the season at Talladega Short Track on a cool Alabama August evening, besting a field of twenty-six Crate Late Models. Tyler Hurst finished in the second spot with Logan Yates third. Current TST point leader Adam Martin was fourth with Jimmy Elkins rounding out the top five. Tim Busha won the thirty-lap Super Late Model feature event over Douglas Stewart who finished in the runner-up spot and Ted Lackey third. Dougie King finished fourth with Jason Wilson rounding out the top five. Shane Criswell won the twenty-five lap Sportsman feature over Buddy George in second and Rod Carroll third. Todd Watson won the IMCA Modified feature event over Tony Gray in the second spot and Scottie Hiett third. Tony Miles found the Thundercar feature victory lane with Al Reynolds finishing second and Eric Smith third. Phillip Haynes won the Street Stock feature with Curtis Busby taking checkers first in the Hot Shot feature event. Talladega Short Track is back in action this Saturday Night featuring a full racing program plus its kids night and football night at the track. Gates will open at 4PM with racing scheduled to begin at 7:30PM.
