BOYD's SPEEDWAY FINALE RAINED-OUT - NEXT RACE 2/28/09
Chattanooga, TN (11/29/08) -- The Mid-Nite Oil Racing Fuel 50 was rained out Saturday night at the Boyd's Speedway in Ringgold/Chattanooga. The event paying $5,000. to-WIN for Super Late Models will not be run in 2008 as prior engagements by track promoters Richard and Robert Harvey are on the slate for the next few weeks. The 2009 season opener will be the next event at the 1/3 mile sweeping dirt track facility and is slated for Saturday, February 28th and Sunday March 1st. The owners, promoters and management of Boyd's Speedway would like to thank everyone for making 2008 such a success. The new tracks web-site is expected to be launching within the coming weeks and will detail the CABIN FEVER 250 weekend details of next seasons first race.
