Anderson Motor Speedway Schedule of Events Upstate 100 – Georgia Asphalt Series Race Event – Friday, July 11, 2008 Pit Gate opens at 10AM for GAS Series competitors GAS Series Tech & Registration Opens 11:00am Practice for GAS cars 1:00pm-4:00pm Gates open for (AMS) local competitors 4:00pm GAS Series Pre-Qualifying Tech 4:30 - 6:00pm Local Practice 5:00pm-7:00pm GAS Qualifying 7:00pm Drivers Meeting GAS/AMS 7:45pm (AMS Driver Meeting – Flagstand / GAS Driver Meeting – Tech Shed) National Anthem 7:55pm The racing program will follow the following schedule: Local Heats: Local classes Main Events: C Mini Stock Spring Championship/Young Gun – 20 laps BM Modified – 15 laps Legends– 20 laps B Mini Stock – 20 laps On Track AUTOGRAPH SESSION – 10 Minute Max. Upstate 100 – Georgia Asphalt Series The Talking Phone Book Renegades – 15 laps NOTE: Practice for all divisions is held every Tuesday night from 5PM until 8PM. If rain forces cancellation of the Tuesday practice, then practice will be held the following Thursday at 5PM.
